October 20, 2023 QUEENS, New York – An on-duty school crossing guard was fatally struck by the driver of a dump truck in Queens Friday morning, police said. Krystyna Naprawa, 63, was struck in the crosswalk at Woodhaven Blvd. & Atlantic Ave. when the driver of a dump truck was making a rig
